The HEALTHY concept takes the form of an urban forest, an open architectural space with an oasis at its centre, an immersive and empathetic place in which to experiment, enhancing both quality of life and creative productivity. A place where nature, technology and human activity generate creative, sustainable ideas centred on people and the planet, offering a new paradigm for living and hybrid working in eco-intelligent communities. Configuration of the space takes a modular, flexible and scalable approach, allowing people to live and work in a creative, healthy way in harmony with nature. This oasis also pays homage to the past and the extraordinary period of the 19th century and the avant-garde, blending traditional and innovative design approaches and materials, safely and with the best sustainable and digital technologies. HEALTHY by sustainability expert Massimiliano Mandarini was created in response to climate change and the pandemic. It is a sustainable oasis of human design, circular, plastic free and off-grid, featuring immersive and empathetic micro-environments in which to take time for yourself and embrace healthy living.
