Personal Data Processing Notice – Art. 13 Regulation 679/16
Personal data collected on this website and any other information that may be associated with you, directly or indirectly, are processed and used in accordance with the principles established by Regulation 679/16.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the DATA CONTROLLER informs you that any data acquired through the website will be processed mainly through electronic tools and procedures for the following purposes:
- responding to questions submitted by you;
- maintaining a database of frequently asked questions, proposals, and communications;
- subscribing you to our newsletter;
- technical management of website navigation (see also the “Cookies Processing” section).
Providing Registration Data is mandatory. Failure to provide, even partially, the data expressly indicated as necessary for the purposes stated above will make it impossible for Vitrik to respond to your requests.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation 679/16, meaning that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
The data you provide may be known exclusively by Vitrik employees specifically authorized to process such data as data processors, and solely for the purpose of carrying out the activities requested by you. Authorized personnel are bound by confidentiality and secrecy obligations, also based on specific internal regulations. In any case, the data will never be disclosed to third parties.
The data you provide will be stored for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.
The Data Controller is Vitrik, Via L. Einaudi, 29 – Prata di Pordenone 33080 (PN), Italy, represented by its legal representative. You may contact the Data Controller to exercise the rights provided under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, and 77 of Regulation 679/16. These rights may also be exercised with the Data Protection Officer if one has been appointed.
The exercise of the above rights is subject to the limits, rules, and procedures provided for by the aforementioned Regulation, which you should be aware of and comply with. In accordance with Article 12(3), the Data Controller will provide the data subject with information regarding the action taken without undue delay and, in any event, no later than one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The Data Controller will inform the data subject of such extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receiving the request.
