Peter Marino transforms Venice into silk jacquard: the renowned architect designs a textile collection for Rubelli.

A design challenge successfully met and a charity initiative to preserve Venetian artworks. A joyful sequence of vibrant curves that evoke choppy seas. The colours are drawn from the light-filled paintings of Giovanni Battista Tiepolo: white, sky blue and aqua. In Peter Marino words, the collection is ‘as Venetian as a work by Titian’. Part of the profits from “Peter Marino for Venetian Heritage” will go to support Venetian Heritage and its restoration work of Venetian artworks.
